Says it all really – if you want your world to change, then it starts with you. It’s so simple once you know how, and the changes can be as life changing as you want them to be.

I’ve tried all sorts of therapies and not always because there was something wrong. I love talking and listening but the therapies I’d tried, no matter what format whether it was CBT, Gestalt, Person Centred, they all amounted to regurgitating the problems. A bit like ripping a plaster off, letting it bleed and being told to put another plaster on until our next session where we did it all over again. Session in, session out – regurgitate problem out, regurgitate problem in, it’s a vicious circle with not much healing done but countless costly sessions. Until I discovered this new way cutting edge approach and it not only changed my world but more importantly it changed ME and that’s what needed changing the most, not that there was anything wrong with me, but I couldn’t see that back then.

So I was always doing what I’d always done and I was always getting what I’d always got and it felt miserable. I was happy but unfulfilled. I was happy on the outside but crying on the inside and I didn’t know why. And then I made the change …
